 We have no hesitation in recommending Penrose Interiors.  All the staff are unfailingly polite and courteous, keen to advise but ready to listen and never ‘pushy’.  Communications were excellent and kept us fully informed.   Our order was unusual in that we requested certain ‘cat protective’ measures to be included.  Visitors have been amazed to know that extra covers are in place on cat claw target areas: the upholsterer is a true craftsman.

I recently appointed Penrose Interiors to come up with ideas for my cottage near to Bakewell. My knowledge of interior design was limited and I was nervous as to making wrong decisions. The team provided clear advice and creative solutions within a tight deadline and held my hand throughout the design process.

 Our experience with Penrose developed a number of years ago and our latest experience has been one of continued excellent service.
Recent purchases of lighting, rug, settee and two armchairs have displayed the outstanding service and quality they warmly extend to their customers.
We had personal attention and advice from all members of the staff either on visits, the telephone and email keeping us up to date on progress. They obtained fabric samples for us and a visit to the furniture company was arranged so we could choose our pieces personally.

Delivery was excellent.

We are delighted with the furniture which looks amazing as well as comfortable.
